Growth Manager

The Growth Manager will be responsible for demand generation planning and programs at DataScope. Growth Manager will partner with product marketing to understand the customer lifecycle and buyer’s journey, developing programs to progress that journey. The Growth Manager will lead a team to nurture and engage leads, accelerate existing pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This executive will collaborate closely with the sales organization and participate in pipeline councils with the sales leadership team.

A growth mindset is important with an eagerness to test, learn, and evolve offers and programs. The ideal leader will combine strategic thinking and planning with executional excellence. Strong communication and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are critical skills. The Growth Manager will be a player/coach, developing a high-performing team while also leading key initiatives.


  • Lead the demand marketing strategy and programs for the company with clear success metrics and business impact
  • Develop and maintain scalable end-to-end demand generation programs, designed with specific goals based on the business segment or vertical market opportunity
  • Partner with the marketing operations and analytics teams to develop dashboards and monitor metrics, adjusting programs as needed to meet quarterly goals
  • Work with sales development teams to accelerate pipeline
  • Partner with the marketing team to introduce demand campaigns that bring our story to life for prospects and customers
  • Drive ongoing nurturing programs to convert initial awareness and interest into desire and purchase action
  • Test and refine offers and calls-to-action
  • Create, prioritize, manage and execute relevant demand generation programs
  • Build and grow a world-class team of marketing and demand generation experts with excellence in performance and results
  • Understand and share best practices in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and direct response campaigns
  • Creation of Knowledge Base
  • Help in customer Support
  • Work with sales development helping assisting key meetings
  • Take ownership of the DataScope corporate narrative with press in partnership with the marketing team and executive leaders
  • Develop communications strategies and tactics to support the overall marketing plan
  • Manage relationships with key journalists to evangelise the DataScope story, securing ongoing press coverage to highlight our clients, key messages, operations insights, and company value proposition
  • Write press releases, pitch documents, and other key communications materials including executive media briefs, quotes, talking points and company-wide messaging guides
  • Lead brainstorms on story ideas for key executives on top ad:tech and operational industry issues
  • Develop and submit speaking proposals for key conferences and events
  • Obtain favorable press coverage across trade, mid-tier and top-tier press
  • Track and report press coverage on an ongoing basis
